Building for schools, offices and the council

As a company we do not stop at the private sector and have completed many projects for the business sector, especially for schools.

In recent years we have constructed classroom blocks, sports halls, staff accommodation, pupil accommodation blocks and function halls up to the value of £1.4 million. We have also completed various refurbishment projects and carried out maintenance on the buildings. We recognize the need to bring in projects on time and on budget and to work in a safe and secure manner in school grounds.

Refurbishments and modernization of offices are also part of our profile and are challenging to complete as they involve working around other office staff and with difficult access. Our team are able to carry out these types of works with minimal disturbance and in an orderly fashion. Other building works that we undertake include re-roofing works to existing properties, block paviour drives, patios in natural stone or paving slabs, hard landscaping, replacement windows and doors, supply only or supply and fit purpose made joinery and staircases and renovation, alteration and improvement work.

Located in the heart of the school this infill building has created a new coffee shop and snack bar facility for the school. Pad foundation to support the steel frame roof structure and a reinforced concrete slab with a Vitral glazed roof lantern supported by the steel frame which has been cladded with Haddstone re-constructed stonework to match the existing stone colonnade. Sarnafil flat roof and suspended acoustic plasterboard ceiling underfloor heating and Karadean floor finishes. Frameless glass walling with entrance doors to the principal elevation allowing an uninterrupted view of the existing stonework.
