In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations (2018) GEAF SILVESTER is committed to processing data fairly and lawfully, this relates to data collected about Employers, Suppliers, Service providers and Customers.
GEAF SILVESTER incorporated in England and Wales and is a ‘controller’ under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. We operate a CCTV system for the purposes of crime prevention, we are registered as having CCTV for this purpose with the ICO (ico.org.uk) and we have warning boards erected around our premises.
You may or may not want to receive updates on the services that we provide, or reminders when work is due to be done on your vehicle, so we will give you the option to opt in.

By law we have to keep basic information about our customers (including Contact, Identity, Financial and Transaction Data) for six years after they cease being customers for tax purposes. All other records are kept in line with UK law or until you request your information is deleted.

We shall ensure that all the information that you provide to us is kept secure using appropriate technical and organisational measures.
